Sherlock gets everything wrong

Sherlock gets everything wrong
Okay there is only 4 more days until The National Television awards. Sherlock is up for one award and Benedict Cumberbatch is up for an award. It would be amazing if they one the awards so everyone vote as much times as you can and REBLOG so your followers can vote too!
DO IT. I WILL BE THERE AND IF THEY WIN I WILL CRY.
Part 2 of an analysis of the Reichenbach Fall, how Lestrade’s decision to allow Sherlock to work on his crime scenes has set the Met police up for a huge scandal.
Please read part 1 first to find out why Sherlock is not an official consulting detective and what Lestrade has done is highly illegal.
I examine:
- Why Donovan and Anderson hate Sherlock – it is much more complicated than just petty jealousy.
- Why informing the Chief Inspector about Sherlock was an incredibly brave thing for Sally to do.
- Reasons why Sally felt she had to report Sherlock at that time
- Why Sally Donovan is a very human, flawed and brilliant character.
I’ve recently come to realize that of all the characters in Sherlock, I’m most like Sally. This piece makes me more than ok with that!
Because the hardest part of coming back from the dead is finding out that nobody else stopped living, and the only thing worse than everyone believing you’re gone is everyone believing you’re a stranger.
I can’t decide how to feel about that.
Although my personal head canon (shamelessly plundered from someone else and I feel awful about not remembering who) is that instead, John hurls the ash tray from Buckingham palace at Sherlock’s head and ends up breaking it, and Sherlock breaks into the palace to steal another one as an apology.
YOU GUYS I FINISHED FINALLY. This was my first try at digital painting, and I did it in GIMP (man I love that program!) What do you think??
GOD DAMN IT MOTHERFUCKING BEAR BUGGERER AND YOUR MOM. Well, we’ll be really good at waiting by then.
